Lift alarm

Securinet Heisalarm is an approved alarm and emergency phone system for passenger lifts. It communicates via GSM, which makes it easy and quick to install.

Alreg

Alreg is a software application for receiving alarms and other information to alarms response centres, fire departments, police stations, etc. All data is stored, logged and classified for later reporting purposes. Alreg communicates with most response systems and forwards alarms via Altel, GSM and pagers.

Merkur

Merkur is a communication gateway to and from external platforms. It addresses external service providers and includes a service gateway for access to alarm response centres via the Altel network. The service is an add-on to Altel and distributes alarm messages to e-mail, fax or mobile terminals. This means that alarms that require no action from fire departments or ARCs can be sent directly to e.g. a janitor or supervisor of an alarmed property.

Faredata

Faredata is a sub-database connected to Alreg that contains information about most chemicals and action plans for hazardous accidents. The receiver gets all necessary information about the chemicals’ characteristics, handling, dangers, first aid and evacuation scenarios.
