Multicom Online in Sweden and Altel in Norway are our security services for fixed monitored alarm transmission. The transmitter in your alarm system is connected to our own fixed alarm network. The use of several alternate communication paths makes the network extremely reliable and ensures a high level of redundancy. A monitoring centre manned 24/7 monitors network activity and responds immediately to any disruptions in the network.

Multicom WL - Altel WL

Our wireless service provides the highest level of wireless monitored alarm security. The service is provided over a GPRS network with encryption and firewalls, ensuring the highest level of security. As an extra security measure, the service automatically switches to text message service if the GPRS connection should fail. The service is easy to install and is suited for remote areas where fixed services such as Multicom Online or Altel are a less feasible alternative. Multicom and Altel Wireless are designed to offer monitored wireless alarm services for the security market business and retailers as well as for the high-end private market. With a GPS positioning option available, it is also ideal for monitoring the safety of mobile field staff or vehicles, particularly those with high-value loads.

Multicom IP - Altel IP – Altel IP WL

In many situations there is a need for higher bandwidth data to be transmitted with the alarm service. You may need to receive images or sound together with the alarm, or get a real-time view of your property, business premises or equipment. Our IP services provide advanced monitored alarm transmission systems, with fixed and wireless options, that meet the highest European standards. The solution is modular and can easily be integrated with other enterprise systems or services. As an option we offer a seamless wireless backup link, which complies with the official Cenelec and EN 136-1-1 standard, the highest grade for security.

Multicom Live - Altel Live

Multicom and Altel Live are alarm presentation services that can simplify security management if you need to track multiple installations. It is available as an option for our Wireless and IP monitored alarm transmission services. Live can be configured to send a message every time an alarm is triggered, via text message, the Internet or e-mail. Messages can be sent to the relevant staff for quick response or for notification. Live requires no installation or hardware and is easy to access through your web browser.
