Erik Tjerneld has been appointed new Sales Director at Multicom Security, a leading company in monitored alarms and mobile data services in Scandinavia. Prior to joining Multicom Security Erik has, since 2002, held various sales management roles at Dataphone Scandinavia AB.

Erik has 12 years of experience in the IT industry and has held several leading positions in larger and smaller IT and IP services companies. He also ran his own web consultancy business and was Project Manager at Calypso Internet.

Between 1998 and 2000 Erik worked at UUNET as a technology salesperson and product specialist, and was Head of Technology Sales Support. He was also in charge of technology sales support for all of the Nordics. Following this Erik worked with technology sales at Mirror Image Internet, and product development and technology sales support at Clavister.

“Erik has a broad management experience from other areas than sales and will be a great addition to Multicom Security. Much of our focus going forward will be on our new and more technologically advanced IP products and mobile data services,” says Anders Leideman, CEO of Multicom Security.

Erik Tjerneld assumes his position as Sales Manager at Multicom Security on February 18.
